Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Visakhapatnam.

The Video

Editor will assemble, edit, and refine video content for multiple digital platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling and alignment with brand and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include reviewing raw footage, selecting best takes, applying transitions, color grading, and sound syncing, as well as incorporating graphics and motion elements where required. The role involves closely collaborating with directors, producers,



and content creators to translate creative briefs into polished deliverables and meet production timelines.

The Video

Editor will also maintain organized project files, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute ideas to enhance visual style and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience in end-to-end workflow from raw footage to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance mood and tone.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid understanding of digital content formats and platform requirements for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative structure, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field preferred; prior experience in regional or digital media is an advantage.
