Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based at Rajendra Place.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that support brand, consulting, and thought leadership initiatives. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, refining audio, and ensuring consistent visual style across projects. The role also involves collaborating with content, marketing,



and leadership teams to understand creative briefs, suggest visual storytelling approaches, and meet project deadlines.

The Video

Editor will contribute to social media content, presentations, and campaign assets, while maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing videos for various digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating qualified, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall image quality.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver within defined timelines.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and understanding of digital content formats and aspect ratios.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; prior experience in a consulting, corporate, or agency environment is an advantage.
