Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, reels, property creatives, social media posts, thumbnails, and other digital marketing materials that effectively showcase our real estate projects and brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and short-form content .
- Create engaging real estate videos using property photos, site footage, drone footage, and other available content.
- Add transitions, text, captions, music, sound effects, animations, and other visual elements.
- Edit videos according to different social media formats such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn .
- Create attractive property/project walkthrough videos and promotional reels .
- Maintain consistent branding, quality, and visual style across all video content.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to understand project requirements and create relevant content.

Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, property creatives, project brochures, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional materials .
- Create creative Instagram/YouTube thumbnails and real estate project creatives .
- Design marketing materials highlighting project features,



locations, amenities, offers, and specifications.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, logos, layouts, and overall visual identity .
- Edit and enhance property images when required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva , or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing, graphic designing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling .
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content formats .
- Ability to create modern, skilled, and engaging real estate creatives.
- Good understanding of trends in social media content and digital marketing .
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred
- 1+ year of experience in real estate, digital marketing, or a creative agency .
- Experience creating real estate property videos, project walkthroughs, reels, and promotional creatives will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be preferred.
