nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into compelling videos that tell our brand story across social media, ads, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and current video trends.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

nVideo Editing & Post-Production

n- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, YouTube, website, and events

n- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, music, and color grading

nContent Adaptation

n- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

n- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and quality across all videos

nCollaboration

n- Work with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project goals

n- Take briefs and deliver edits within agreed timelines

nAsset Management

n- Organize and archive footage, project files, and final exports





n- Stay updated on editing tools, trends, and platform best practices

n

nRequirements & Qualifications:

n

nExperience: 5+ years of professional video editing experience. Portfolio required

nTechnical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and/or DaVinci Resolve

nDesign Skills: Basic motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects is a plus

nCreative Skills: Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design

nOther: Familiarity with social media formats and trends. Ability to work fast under deadlines

nEducation: Degree/HND in Media, Film, Communications or related field preferred

nNice to Have:

n

nExperience with shooting video on camera/phone

nKnowledge of audio mixing and color correction

nExperience editing for brands, agencies, or digital marketing

n
