Responsibilities:

1. Editing: Use software tools to edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring

seamless transitions, audio integration, and visual effects.
1. Storytelling: Understand the storyline and desired message of each video project,

effectively conveying it through the editing process.
1. Creativity: Apply creative and innovative editing techniques to enhance video quality

and engagement.
1. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, directors, and content

creators to understand project requirements and deliver on the creative vision.
1. Quality Assurance: Review edited videos to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and

consistency.
1. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to

strict deadlines.
1. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest video editing software and techniques

to maximize efficiency and quality.
1. Feedback Incorporation: Accept and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine





video edits and meet project objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

tools.
- Robust understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery methods for various

platforms.
- Creativity with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

- Degree in film studies, media, or a related field.
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
