Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for hospitality and marketing campaigns, including social media assets, brand films, promotional videos, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, refining narratives, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio and visuals to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and account teams to interpret briefs, maintain consistent visual style, and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

The Video

Editor will also perform color grading, basic motion graphics, export deliverables in required formats, and manage organized project files and media libraries.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs.




- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the look and feel of hospitality-focused content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for titles, lower thirds, animated elements, and simple visual effects.
- Graphics skills to collaborate with designers and adapt visual assets for video use.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for composition, pacing, and brand aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or marketing content creation is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred.
