We are looking for a motivated Video Editor and Content Manager Intern who already understands video editing and wants to grow into a broader content role.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys editing videos, understands what makes content engaging, and wants to learn how content is planned, created, published, and improved across platforms. You do not need to be an expert content strategist already. We are looking for someone with strong editing basics, good creative instincts, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

You will work on short-form and long-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels. Over time, you will also learn how to manage content pages, organize content calendars, understand performance, improve hooks and storytelling, and use AI video generation tools as part of the creative process.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, reels, shorts, founder-led content, explainers, and social media videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, cuts, transitions, music, hooks, thumbnails, and simple motion graphics.
- Convert raw footage, screen recordings, podcasts, or long videos into polished social media content.
- Help repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats for different platforms.
- Assist in managing social media pages and publishing content.




- Maintain basic content calendars, file organization, and version tracking.
- Learn how to analyze which videos perform well and why.
- Experiment with AI video generation and AI-assisted creative tools as part of the internship.
- Work closely with the team to improve video quality, storytelling, and consistency.

Requirements

- Basic to good video editing skills.
- Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- Valuable sense of timing, music, captions, transitions, and social media formats.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn content strategy, page management, and AI video generation.
- Highly motivated, curious, and proactive.
- Able to take feedback and improve quickly.
- Portfolio or sample edits are required.

Good To Have

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn videos.
- Basic thumbnail or graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, captions, voice, or content generation.
- Interest in storytelling, branding, and content strategy.
