Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Mumbai.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos that showcase Aari India’s ethnic couture collections and brand campaigns. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing color correction, and preparing content for various digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the creative, marketing, and photography teams to develop video concepts, maintain brand visual standards, and deliver engaging content for social media, e-commerce, and promotional materials.

Editor will manage multiple projects, meet production deadlines,



and ensure all video assets are optimized for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into high-quality, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual tones aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Understanding of social media and digital content formats (Reels, Shorts, product videos, lookbooks) and best practices.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, photographers, and marketers.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative workplace.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing previous video work.
