Video Editing Intern – Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern to join our remote team.

The intern will work on editing both long-form and short-form video content for our digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for a college student who enjoys video editing, understands social media content, and wants to build a strong professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Edit short-form content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Add appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.
- Ensure videos are visually engaging, well-paced, and suitable for the target audience.
- Work with the content and training team to understand the objective and style of each video.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, branding, and overall video quality.
- Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a college/university degree.
- Strong interest in video editing and digital content creation.
- Positive understanding of short-form and long-form video formats.




- Hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut is required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software is a plus.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, music, and visual elements.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
