NWe are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.

- Own revenue management and revenue assurance, ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.
N
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
N
- Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.
N
- Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.
N
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.
N




- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
N
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.
N
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.
N

nCandidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance.
N
- Solid experience in P&L; management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management.
N
- Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
N
- Strong understanding ofrevenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.
N
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
