Vice President Finance & Accounts [Chartered Accountant Ahmedabad

Expereince in consolidation of books of accounts and statutory audit compultosry along with capital structuring and share capital-related transactions is required.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure financial stability and optimize financial performance.

Accounting Operations: Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed assets. Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

- Compliance and Liaison: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and auditors for financial reviews and audits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and statements. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management:



Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all financial activities. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems. Implement best practices and automation to enhance efficiency
