Job Title: VMC-Setter/Operator/Programmer

Location: Coimbatore

Exp: 3-10 yrs

Qualification: BE/DME/ITI

Package: Based on Experience-Negotiable

Shift: Day & Second Shift ( Weekly 6 days-8 hrs per shift)

Interview Mode: R1=Teleround; R2= Final Direct

- Proficiency in controller systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
- Deep understanding of cutting tool behavior, speeds, and feeds for various metals (aluminum, steel, cast iron, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Programming

- Write, test, and edit G-codes and M-codes for 3-axis or multi-axis VMC machines by controller or CAD/CAM software.
- Optimize tool paths, feed rates, and cutting speeds
- Prove out recent programs and first-off components safely on the machine.

2. Setting

- Perform complete machine setups,fixture mounting, workpiece alignment, and dialing with high precision.
- Select cutting tools, holders, and inserts based on material specifications.
- Set accurate work coordinates (G54–G59) and tool length/radius offsets





3. Operation & Quality Control

- Operate the VMC machine efficiently during mass or batch production.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Perform in-process adjustments and offset corrections to maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
- Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and process documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
