Preparation & Analysis

- Valuation Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive Land and Building valuation reports in compliance with regulatory standards, bank guidelines, and internal metrics.

Coordination & Quality Control

- Inspection Management: Coordinate daily schedules with field/visit engineers for in office property inspections.

- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve property discrepancies (e.g., plan deviations, boundary disputes, or setback violations).

- Client Interface: Engage directly with clients, financial institutions, and legal counsel to clarify property details, secure missing documentation, and communicate findings.

3. Reporting & Technical Governance

- Daily Issue Tracking:



Compile end-of-day reports summarizing site inspection findings, technical impediments, and active resolution strategies.

- Process Improvement: Continuously refine inspection protocols and valuation methodologies to enhance turnaround times and report accuracy.

- Document Verification: Thoroughly review and analyze client-provided documents, including title deeds, approved building plans, property tax receipts, encumbrance certificates, and layout plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
