PDCOR Limited, a JV of Government of Rajasthan is looking for the following positions for Jaipur:

1. Digital Training Specialist

Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline with 5+ years of overall experience; training/capacity-development qualifications preferred. Experience in Government training projects, Mission Karmayogi/iGOT, Capacity Building Plans, competency-based learning, LMS/MOOC, instructional design and e-content development is desirable.

2. Digital Learning Expert

Qualification: B.Tech. in IT/Computer Science or related discipline; M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning, with exposure to instructional design, e-content development and digital learning platforms preferred.

3. Data Analytics Specialist

Qualification: Master’s in Data Science/Statistics/Computer Science with 5–10 years of experience; minimum 60% preferred. Experience in MIS, dashboards, data analytics, data-driven planning and monitoring,



preferably in Government projects; proficiency in Hindi, English and computer applications is mandatory.

4. Civil Infrastructure Specialist

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering with 5–10 years of experience; minimum 60% preferred and proficiency in design & estimation software required. Experience in DPR scrutiny, estimation/costing, infrastructure planning, quality monitoring and field execution, preferably in Government/donor-funded projects.

5. Agriculture, Allied & Forest Development Specialist

Qualification: Postgraduate in Agriculture, Forestry, Workplace or equivalent with 5–10 years of experience; minimum 60% preferred. Experience in agriculture, livestock, forestry, natural resource management, sustainable farming, value-chain development and Government-sector convergence is desirable.
