About the Role

Volumetric is looking for responsible and reliable Van Driver & Delivery Executives to join our parcel delivery operations. The person will be responsible for driving the van, handling parcels, and completing timely deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive the assigned van for daily delivery operations.
- Pick up parcels from designated locations.
- Load, organize, and handle parcels carefully.
- Deliver parcels to customers as per the assigned route and schedule.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery.
- Update delivery status accurately.
- Handle COD/payment collection when applicable.
- Maintain basic cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Report delivery issues, delays, vehicle problems, or failed deliveries to the operations team.

Requirements




- Valid driving licence.
- Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to manage driving and delivery responsibilities efficiently.
