We’re looking for a UX Designer with 3–8 years of experience, with solid expertise in Insurance and SaaS platforms, who can translate complex business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the UX design process, from user research and defining user journeys to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and working closely with stakeholders and developers to bring thoughtful solutions to life.

nUser Research:

nConduct user research to gain insights into users’ behaviors, needs, and preferences.

nAnalyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions.

nUX Design:

nCollaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys.

nCreate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions.

nDevelop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences.

nPerform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

nUI Design:

nDesign visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

nCreate high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

nEnsure consistency in design elements, such as typography, colors, and icons.

nWork closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance during development.

nDesign System:

nContribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure design consistency across products.





nAdvocate for the use of design system components and best practices.

nStakeholder Collaboration:

nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align on design goals.

nPresent and communicate design concepts and the rationale behind them to stakeholders.

nStay Updated:

nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, especially Figma, to continuously improve your skills.

nRequirements

nExperience in Insurance and SaaS platforms is preferred.

nBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

nMinimum 3+ years of professional full-time experience in UI/UX Design.

nStrong and updated portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and end-to-end project work.

nProficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

nStrong understanding of responsive UI design across mobile, tablet/iPad, and desktop/laptop platforms.

nStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and communicate design rationale with confidence.

nExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

nA creative, user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and design-thinking skills.
