Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually engaging web and mobile interfaces

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs

- Work on the Klariti LMS, dashboards, landing pages and internal applications

- Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences

- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile

- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems

- Collaborate with developers, product and academic teams

- Conduct basic user research and usability testing

- Analyse feedback and improve existing interfaces

- Create design assets, icons, banners and other visual elements when required

- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colours and overall brand experience

- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs

- Brand visual direction, colour palette and typography system

- Logo usage, iconography and imagery direction

- Spacing, grid and layout principles

- Buttons, inputs, dropdowns, cards, navigation, tables and tabs

- Modals, alerts, notifications, status indicators and empty, loading and error states

- Component variants and responsive design guidelines

- Reusable components and patterns in Figma

- Consistent interaction, hover, focus, disabled and active states

- Accessibility and usability considerations across components

Required Skills

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles

- Proficiency in Figma

- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping and user flows

- Good knowledge of responsive web design

- Understanding of typography,



colour theory, spacing and visual hierarchy

- Ability to create clean and contemporary interfaces

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and experiment

Preferred

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

- Experience with usability testing

- Knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Canva
