Shifts: UK and US (Rotational Shifts)

Process: Voice and Non Voice

What we are looking for:

- Fluent in English communication
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving, managing queries
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Freshers are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with global customers through voice calls, email, or chat.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate, professional solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and performance targets.
