Position: True Value Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a True Value Sales Consultant to join Sai Service Pvt. Ltd. at our Changanassery location. The role involves selling certified pre-owned vehicles, generating leads, assisting customers throughout the purchase process, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and leads for True Value certified pre-owned cars.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred vehicle specifications.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, warranty, and other applicable benefits.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Generate new sales leads through referrals, networking, and local marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the evaluation, finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Negotiate with customers within company-approved pricing and sales policies.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and support post-sale requirements.
- Stay updated on available stock, vehicle specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or pre-owned car sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work with monthly sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of the Changanassery and surrounding local market would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
