Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month : Job Title: US Property Market Executive Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Shift: US Night Shift | Monday to Friday Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team and work on a US-based property market process. Candidates with prior experience in the US real estate/property market will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day activities related to the US property market.

- Communicate professionally with US-based clients/customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand and manage property-related information and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly updated.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Requirements - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients/customers.




- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday.
- Valuable computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/basic software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in the US property/real estate market will be a strong advantage.

- Experience in US-based BPO, customer service, calling, or back-office processes will be an added advantage.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits - Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
