Job Summary

We are hiring International BPO Sales Executives for U.S.-based inbound and outbound voice processes. The role involves customer interaction, product/service communication, sales opportunities, and achieving process performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S.-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Identify and develop potential sales opportunities.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.




- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- International BPO experience preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
- Good objection-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Freshers may be considered for suitable processes.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
