nWe are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team and work on a US-based property market process.

nCandidates with prior experience in the US real estate/property market will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities related to the US property market.
n
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients/customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
n
- Understand and manage property-related information and documentation.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates.
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly updated.
n
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
n
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
n
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
n
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients/customers.
n




- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
n
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday.
n
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/basic software.
n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the US property/real estate market will be a robust advantage.
n
- Experience in US-based BPO, customer service, calling, or back-office processes will be an added advantage.
n
- Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
