Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift, IST).

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US IT staffing requirements — from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

*Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases.

*Understand client requirements thoroughly and map suitable candidates for various IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).

*Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, rate expectations, and availability.

*Negotiate rates/salary with candidates and coordinate with account managers/clients.

*Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.

*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.





*Keep track of daily submissions, interviews, and closures using ATS/trackers.

*Stay updated on US visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.) and their implications for staffing.

Key Skills Required:

*Solid experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

*End-to-End Recruitment Process (sourcing to onboarding)

*Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search

*Solid understanding of US Staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099, Tax Terms)

*Knowledge of US time zones and work authorization types

*Strong candidate coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly submission targets.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in any discipline

*2–4 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
