Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | US Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Cab: One-Way Drop Facility
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT & Non-IT requirements.
- Conduct candidate calls and initial screening.
- Handle cold calling and candidate outreach.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Freshers with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to work in a US night shift.
- Interest in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
