Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & Candidate Screening: Identify and engage top IT talent for leading US clients using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Interview Coordination:



Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build solid relationships with candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates using ATS and recruitment platforms.
- End-to-End Recruitment Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
