Salary: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | US Night Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Cab: One-Way Drop Facility

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote IT consultants who are available on bench.
- Coordinate with US vendors, clients and implementation partners.
- Identify suitable requirements and match consultants with job openings.
- Submit candidate profiles to relevant requirements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with vendors and clients throughout the placement process.
- Maintain consultant and requirement databases.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients.




- Meet daily and monthly placement targets.

Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred.
- Freshers with knowledge of US IT Recruitment/Staffing can apply.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US clients/vendors.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to work in a permanent US night shift.
