Role & responsibilities

1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Ensure 100% operational availability of critical assets (Material Handling Equipment, conveyors, DG sets, chillers, compressors).

2. Facility Management: Maintain warehouse infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

3. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

4. Cost Management: Identify opportunities to reduce repair and maintenance costs, ensuring cost-effective maintenance operations.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the facility meets safety standards, including fire safety and overall maintenance hygiene.

6. Technical Troubleshooting: Support troubleshooting of packaging machinery using technical drawings and manuals.

7. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare maintenance schedules, maintain inventory of spare parts, and submit daily MIS reports.
