Role: Procurement & Supply Chain

Qualification: B. Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Science, or related technical disciplines

Expereince: minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Commercials:

- Identify, audit, and onboard competitive suppliers for raw materials, specialty ingredients, and critical operational inputs.
- Drive the RFQ/RFP lifecycle: analyze complex landed-cost structures, benchmark market pricing, and negotiate favorable commercial terms (credit, pricing, delivery lead times).
- Oversee exact PO generation, contract execution, and order approvals within ERP systems.

Inventory Planning & MRP Governance:

- Lead periodic Material Requirements Planning (MRP)



reviews in alignment with production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Optimize inventory carrying costs by actively managing safety stocks, reorder points, Lead Time variability, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) to mitigate stockouts.

Vendor Relationship & Performance Management:

- Implement formal vendor performance frameworks tracking On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Right First Time (RFT) quality adherence, and commercial compliance.
- Serve as the key escalation point for vendor disputes, material non-conformance, delivery delays, and debit note/credit adjustments.
