Upwork Manager & Client Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Manager & Client Acquisition Specialist who can manage our Upwork profile, identify high-quality projects, submit personalized proposals, communicate with potential clients, and convert leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize our Upwork profile and portfolio.
- Search and shortlist relevant, high-value Upwork projects.
- Write customized proposals based on each client's requirements.
- Respond to client messages and interview invitations.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable services.
- Schedule and handle discovery calls with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Close deals and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain a record of proposals, leads, interviews, and conversions.
- Coordinate with our internal team for project quotations and delivery.
- Develop strategies to increase Upwork leads and client conversions.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Upwork accounts.




- Previous experience winning projects and closing clients through Upwork.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Valuable sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of web development, digital marketing, branding, SEO, paid ads, or creative services.
- Ability to identify genuine opportunities instead of mass applying to jobs.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.

What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who only submits proposals.

We need someone who can take responsibility for the complete process:

Find the right project → Apply → Get a response → Communicate → Follow up → Close the client.

Experience with proven Upwork results is highly preferred. Please share examples of Upwork profiles/accounts you have managed and projects you have successfully won. Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
