BR Healthcare Hospital, a 50-bedded multispeciality hospital in Rohini, New Delhi, is looking for an experienced Unit Head to take complete ownership of the hospital's overall operations, business performance, revenue, P&L;, government-panel business and patient experience.
The hospital has a strong focus on Ayushman/PM-JAY and operates across specialties including Urology, Neurology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, General Medicine and Gynaecology.
The Unit Head will be responsible for managing and coordinating all clinical and non-clinical departments and ensuring effective utilisation of hospital resources, sustainable revenue growth, cost control, claim realisation and operational excellence.
