nRole overview:

nWe are seeking a UK Payroll professional with hands-on experience in UK Payroll Processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK payroll regulations.

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time.

n• Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, and other statutory deductions.

n• Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

n• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.

n• Ensure compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.

n• Resolve employee payroll-related queries.

n• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.





n• Support payroll audits and process improvements.

n

nKey Skills Required:

n• 5 -7 years of UK payroll processing and pension experience.

n• Robust knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, and SMP.

n• Experience with P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

n• Understanding of UK pension regulations and compliance.

n• Ability to reconcile payroll reports and statutory deductions.

n• Experience handling employee payroll queries.

n• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.

nQualification:

n• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. • Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage.
