nOthisis Medtech is building an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to simplify clinical documentation, patient workflows, scheduling, billing, and administrative work for healthcare practices.

nWe are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can take complex healthcare workflows and turn them into easy, intuitive, and modern user experiences.

n

nThis is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the founders, product team, and engineering team to design workflows from concept through implementation.

n

nWhat You’ll Do

n

nDesign intuitive web and mobile interfaces for healthcare professionals.

nConvert product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

nDesign complex workflows involving patient records, documentation, scheduling, assessments, billing, insurance, and administrative functions.

nCreate and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.

nDevelop reusable components and consistent UI patterns across the platform.

nWork closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

nReview existing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce clicks, simplify navigation, and improve usability.

nDesign responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

nConduct basic user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals.

nIterate rapidly based on feedback from customers, founders, and engineers.

nHelp establish UI/UX standards across the Othisis platform.

n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n2+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UI engineering.

nStrong proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.

nStrong understanding of user flows, information architecture,



usability, and interaction design.

nExperience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, forms, or workflow-heavy applications.

nAbility to simplify complex systems into clear and intuitive interfaces.

nStrong understanding of responsive design.

nExperience working directly with developers.

nAbility to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

nStrong attention to detail and visual consistency.

n

nPreferred Skills

n

nExperience designing healthcare, electronic health record, medical billing, fintech, or other workflow-heavy software.

nUnderstanding of accessibility and WCAG principles.

nExperience with React, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end technologies.

nExperience building or maintaining design systems.

nFamiliarity with Jira, GitHub, or similar development tools.

nExperience designing AI-powered products is a plus.
