About the Role

Manju Groups is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and modern design tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and expectations.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive and visually consistent designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into practical design solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve product experiences.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, icons, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain design quality.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design methodologies,



and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing websites, mobile applications, SaaS products, or web applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts is an added advantage.
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.

Experience Fresher to Experienced candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant UI/UX skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,278.45 - ₹80,487.68 per month
