Key Responsibilities:

- UI Design:

- Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Develop design systems and maintain consistency across multiple products and platforms.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation is aligned with user needs and expectations.

- UX Design:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.

- Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define and improve user experiences.

- Work with product managers to define user flows, feature requirements, and overall user experience goals.

- Prototyping & Testing:

- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and flows.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

- Analyze user behavior to make data-driven design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

- Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers,



and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.

- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, or Proto.io).

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
