About The Role We are seeking a motivated and talented UI/UX Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the user experience and interface design of our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform, which serves customers worldwide.

The intern will work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and end-users to craft intuitive workflows, engaging dashboards, customer portals, and innovative AI-driven product experiences. This role is not a routine internship; it offers meaningful responsibilities, ownership,



and the chance to directly impact the usability and effectiveness of our platform.

From day one, you will gain exposure to the entire product development lifecycle, including user research, design iteration, testing, and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and analytics. You will learn how modern SaaS and AI products are researched, designed, tested, and refined in a fast-paced environment. The role provides an excellent platform to develop your skills in UI/UX design, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a product used by a global customer base.

Qualifications

- Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with a keen interest in UI/UX, product design, or customer experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong visual communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Curious about user behavior, product experiences, and design thinking methodologies.
- Interest in technology, AI, SaaS platforms, startups, and digital innovation.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback quickly and effectively.
- Portfolio projects, academic work, freelance assignments, hackathons, or startup experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities





- Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance customer journeys and optimize experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Create workflows and experiences that simplify complex interactions for end-users.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s design system, visual language, and UX standards.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and UI components.
- Maintain reusable design components and UI patterns for consistency across the platform.
- Analyze user engagement data and feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
- Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and planning sessions to align on project goals.
- Support product demonstrations and customer feedback sessions by effectively communicating design decisions and user experience enhancements.
