About the Role

Keys Events is looking for a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to support our event operations and logistics. The driver will be responsible for the protected and timely transportation of event equipment, tents, furniture, décor, production materials, and other event-related goods between our warehouse, vendors, venues, and event sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate the company's truck for transportation of event materials.
- Transport tents, furniture, décor, structures, equipment, production material, and other event goods.
- Ensure all materials are properly loaded, secured, and transported without damage.
- Coordinate with the operations team for daily pickup and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely arrival at event venues, warehouses, vendor locations, and other assigned destinations.
- Assist the loading and unloading team whenever required.
- Carefully handle event equipment and materials during transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Regularly check tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, and other basic vehicle requirements.
- Report any vehicle breakdown, accident, damage, or maintenance requirement immediately.
- Follow traffic rules and all applicable road-safety regulations.
- Maintain basic records of pickups, deliveries, and materials transported.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, warehouse staff, vendors, and event managers as required.
- Be available for early morning, late-night, weekend, and event-day transportation requirements when required.




- Ensure the vehicle reaches the assigned location as per the event setup and dismantling schedule.
- Maintain professional behaviour while representing Keys Events at venues and with clients/vendors.

Requirements
- Valid commercial driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- 2+ years of experience driving commercial/heavy vehicles preferred.
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and major event venues.
- Previous experience in event, tent, décor, logistics, or transportation companies will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications.
- Physically fit and comfortable assisting with loading and unloading.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Clean driving record preferred.

Working Conditions The role may require early morning starts, late-night work, weekends, holidays, and extended hours depending on event setup, event days, and dismantling schedules.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Key Responsibility The driver will be responsible for the safe, timely, and careful transportation of Keys Events' equipment and materials and must ensure that all goods reach the assigned location in proper condition.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
