We are actively hiring for Flight Watchers / Trip Support Executives for our Mumbai Office (Andheri - East).

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n1. New Station Setup: Coordinate all operational requirements for launching flights at a current destination. Identify and arrange required vendors, service providers, permits, slots and airport services. Complete station setup checklist before commencement of operations.

n

n2. Trip Support – Regular Stations Coordinate end to end aircraft turnaround requirements, including:

n

nPermits & Slots: Coordinate with vendors for permits, landing/overflight approvals and airport slots; follow up until confirmation and manage subsequent changes/modifications.

n

nTerminal Handling: Finalize/negotiate handling arrangements and communicate requirements to terminal operators, cargo handlers, facilitators and other service providers.

n

nGround Handling: Finalize/negotiate GHA/GSE arrangements and coordinate with handlers, GSE operators and other ground service providers.

n

nAVSEC:



Coordinate required aviation security arrangements and security-related services.

n

nFuel: Arrange and confirm aircraft fueling requirements. Catering: Arrange and confirm crew/aircraft catering requirements, where applicable.

n

nCrew Transport & Facilitation : Arrange crew transportation, accommodation-related support and airport facilitation.

n

n3. Flight Planning

n

nPrepare/coordinate NAVLOG. Obtain and review MET/meteorological information.

nCoordinate ATC Flight Plan submission.

nCoordinate route planning and operational changes.

nEnsure flight planning documentation is available before departure.

n

nQualifications Academics:

n

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree with a background in Science or Commerce.
n
- Candidates with Aircraft Dispatcher certification will be preferred.
n

n

nWork Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in an Airline Operations Control Centre (OCC) and/or with trip support company with hands on experience for station set up or end to end coordination.
