Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete Trims & Accessories Store, including receipt, storage, inventory and issue of materials.

- Receive trims against PO/Challan, verify quantity, item, colour/shade, size and specifications.

- Ensure proper binning, tagging, labelling and systematic storage of trims.

- Issue trims to Production as per authorized requisitions, BOM and production requirements.

- Maintain style-wise/order-wise inventory and ensure timely availability of trims to avoid production delays.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.

- Monitor shortages, excess, damaged and slow-moving stock and report discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Merchandising, Production and Quality regarding material availability, shortages and rejections.

- Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, return notes, stock statements and inventory reports.

- Supervise store helpers/staff and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
