Rasa Derm – Skin, Hair and Aesthetics is hiring Treatment and Patient Coordinators for its clinic in Ashok Vihar, North Delhi.

This is primarily a patient-care coordination role. The coordinator will support patients throughout their journey—from their initial enquiry and consultation through treatment scheduling, follow-ups and aftercare—while ensuring a smooth, professional and reassuring clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient consultations, appointments and treatment schedules
- Welcome patients and guide them through the clinic and treatment process
- Explain doctor-recommended treatment plans, pricing, packages and aftercare clearly
- Follow up with new enquiries and existing patients by telephone, messaging and other approved channels
- Support the conversion of consultations into treatment bookings through ethical and patient-focused counselling
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, therapists and the front-desk team
- Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up notes and CRM updates
- Coordinate payments, invoices and billing-related queries
- Support front-desk activities and smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Track patient satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns professionally
- Ensure patients receive timely reminders, follow-ups and post-treatment support




- Maintain confidentiality and high standards of patient service

Requirements
- Prior work experience in a skin, dermatology or aesthetic clinic is required
- Solid patient-coordination and customer-service skills
- Good communication and counselling abilities
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Comfortable using CRM, appointment or patient-record systems
- Organised, empathetic and attentive to detail
- Professional and patient-focused approach
