Madtrips is a Nashik-based Youth oriented travel company that designs curated group tours, treks and holiday packages across India and abroad. Our founder has personally led 150+ trips, and we are growing our sales team to serve travellers who want well-planned, experience-led journeys.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Travel Consultant (Sales) who knows destinations well, understands how tour packages are built, and can turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will guide customers from their first call to final booking and make sure they travel with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website and social media, and convert them into bookings.
- Understand each customer's budget, travel dates and preferences, then recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, hotels, transport and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Follow up on leads regularly and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team on bookings, confirmations and customer requirements.




- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 14 years of experience in travel sales, tour package sales or as a travel consultant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Good understanding of tour packages, itineraries, pricing and costing.
- Confident on phone calls, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business). CRM experience is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
