Role Description The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end travel advisory and booking services to individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding travelers’ preferences, proposing suitable itineraries, arranging flights, hotels, and local transportation, and managing changes, cancellations, and special requests. The role involves handling reservations through various booking systems, ensuring accuracy of travel documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations,



travel regulations, and promotions.

The Travel

Consultant will collaborate with internal and external partners to secure competitive travel options while delivering responsive, high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and design tailored itineraries.
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, and standard reservation tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of international and domestic travel regulations, visas, and documentation requirements.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is an advantage.
