Gear & Adventure is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team.

We are a travel company focused on creating seamless and memorable travel experiences. To date, we have hosted 5,000+ travellers through both group and private trips.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are passionate about travel, enjoy interacting with people, and have a strong understanding of customer needs.

The role involves handling travel enquiries, understanding traveller requirements, recommending suitable trips, following up with potential customers, and converting enquiries into bookings.

We believe great travel sales come from genuinely understanding the traveller. That is why our team members get exposure to on-ground travel experiences, allowing them to better understand destinations, trip operations, and the real needs of travellers during their journey.

What We Are Looking For

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in travel and tourism

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good customer-handling and follow-up skills





Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel experiences

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Target-oriented and willing to learn

Passion for travel and creating better customer experiences

Job Details

Position: Travel Sales Executive

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Model: On-site

Working Hours: 7 hours per day

Working Days: 5 days a week

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
