About the Role

Dream Fly Vacation is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international destinations and experience in B2B travel sales, customer handling, quotations, and booking conversions.

Destination Specialists: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Srilanka, Maldives and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B travel sales and convert travel queries into confirmed bookings.

Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries based on client requirements.

Share competitive rates and packages with B2B clients.

Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Provide excellent customer service and customized travel solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business clients.

Follow up regularly with clients and ensure maximum conversion of inquiries.

Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.





Achieve individual and team sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.

Good knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Srilanka ,Maldives, vietnam and Dubai destinations.

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.

Ability to prepare attractive and accurate travel quotations.

Robust follow-up and sales-conversion skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.

Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service.

Work Timings

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off
