HolidayMarket.ae, part of Alfred Holdings, is a growing travel business serving customers across the GCC. We are looking for an experienced Travel Advisor who can turn customer enquiries into well-planned holidays and exceptional travel experiences.

You will work directly with customers, understand their travel requirements, recommend destinations, build itineraries, prepare competitive quotations and convert enquiries into bookings.

Inbound customer leads will be provided, allowing you to focus on understanding customer requirements, recommending the right travel solutions and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Who we’re looking for

Previous experience handling European OR USA destinations is mandatory.

You should have hands-on experience advising customers on destinations, travel requirements, itineraries, accommodation and holiday planning,



together with a strong sales and customer-service mindset.

Strong English communication skills with a explicit, neutral accent are mandatory, as you will be directly communicating with customers based in the UAE/GCC.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing customer travel and holiday enquiries from consultation through to booking
- Designing personalised itineraries and holiday packages
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotations
- Recommending destinations, hotels, experiences and travel options
- Converting inbound customer leads into confirmed bookings and achieving sales targets
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels and travel partners
- Managing customer queries and ensuring a smooth experience before and during travel
- Building long-term customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
