Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Agent role based in Rohini.

The Travel

Agent will assist guests with reservations for Jomotel properties, including room bookings, special requests, and itinerary planning. Daily responsibilities include handling travel arrangements such as transportation, car rentals, and local sightseeing options, while maintaining accurate records in booking systems. The role involves providing professional customer service, managing inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, and recommending suitable packages based on guest preferences and budget.





The Travel

Agent will also support sales initiatives by promoting Jomotel properties, upselling services, and contributing to occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements.

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills.

- Candidates should possess experience with Car Rental coordination and related travel services.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling hospitality offerings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.

- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, handle multiple tasks, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking platforms or hotel management systems.

- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is preferred; relevant certification or diploma in hospitality or travel management is a plus.
