Qualification

- Postgraduate / PG Diploma in Transport Planning, Transportation Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Economics, or a relevant discipline.

Experience
- 7+ years of overall skilled experience.
- Relevant experience in transport demand modelling, EV/mobility demand assessment, and travel-pattern analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze transport demand models to assess current and future mobility requirements.
- Conduct travel demand analysis, including travel patterns, trip generation, trip distribution, mode choice, and traffic flows.
- Perform EV and electric mobility demand assessments, including EV adoption and mobility trends.
- Analyze mobility and transportation datasets to identify travel behaviour, demand patterns, and future transportation requirements.
- Support EV mobility planning, including assessment of potential demand for electric vehicles and related mobility infrastructure.
- Develop demand forecasts and scenarios for urban mobility, public transportation, and EV adoption.
- Conduct origin-destination (OD) analysis and evaluate transportation network demand.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, forecasts, and recommendations based on modelling and data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to understand mobility requirements and translate them into transport demand and EV planning models.




- Support strategic transportation and sustainable mobility planning initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Transport Planning / Mobility Planning.
- Hands-on experience in Travel Demand Modelling / Transport Demand Modelling.
- Experience with EV / Electric Mobility demand assessment.
- Strong understanding of travel behaviour and travel-pattern analysis.
- Experience in demand forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Knowledge of OD matrices, trip generation, trip distribution, and mode choice.
- Experience with transport modelling tools such as PTV VISUM, PTV VISSIM, EMME, CUBE, TransCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, report-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in EV adoption forecasting / electric mobility planning.
- Experience with E-Bus / public transport / sustainable mobility projects.
- Experience in EV charging demand or charging infrastructure planning.
- Exposure to GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
- Experience working on urban mobility, transport master plans, or comprehensive mobility plans.
