: 6 months of experience leading and creating support training programs 6 months leading remote or diverse teams, preferably in the technology services industry Experience creating content for and publishing within a Content or Learning Management System Proven ability to utilize different strategies to engage learners through presentation, facilitation and mentorship, as well as use of online and offline training concepts Demonstrated success managing long-term projects and ongoing reporting for deliverables Proven ability to motivate, influence and work effectively at all organizational levels using different methods of communication Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones and languages and cultures strongly preferred Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
