Position: Trainee (Seed Marketing)

Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture)/M.Sc (Agriculture)

Age: Around 30 Years

Industry: Seed, Agriculture

Experience & Skill set:

- 3 to 4 years experience in Seed Marketing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for seed products, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and research, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the seed industry.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our seed products.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email,



and online advertising, to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Plan and execute events, such as field days, trade shows, and customer workshops, to showcase our seed products and engage with customers.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and trends related to seed marketing, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
