We're looking for an algorithmic trader or strategy owner with proven, profitable trading strategies for the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

Role & Responsibilities:

- Deploy & Scale: Deploy your own live, proprietary algorithmic strategies across Indian and international IFSC exchanges.
- Risk Management: Take full accountability for intra-day PnL, drawdowns, and systemic risk mitigation using deep knowledge of Greeks and hedging.
- Optimize Setup: Work closely with our low-latency infrastructure team to optimise trade execution and market access.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Market Expertise: Proven experience trading across NSE, BSE, MCX, and GIFT City / IFSC .
- Direct Ownership: Clear evidence of direct ownership of live trading strategies, active trading decisions, risk management, and/or PnL.
- Trader Mindset: Candidates must be active "traders" or "strategy owners" rather than strictly research, support, operations, or technology personnel.
- Options Knowledge: Robust practical options knowledge is strongly preferred , including:
- Volatility modeling and Greeks tracking
- Dynamic hedging and options pricing
- Spread construction and advanced position/risk management
- Track Record: A demonstrable, audited history of profitable algorithmic execution.
