We are looking for an experienced Europe Tour Manager to join our dynamic team at the Tourmax Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of European destinations, a passion for travel and culture, and a proven track record of managing tours successfully. The Europe Tour Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing tours across various European countries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative and engaging tour packages across Europe, catering to diverse client interests.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and local partners in Europe to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new destinations, and opportunities for expanding tour offerings.
- Manage tour budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for clients.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to tour guides and other on-ground staff.
- Handle logistical arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, and scheduling to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during tours promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service,



addressing client feedback and queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote European tours, contributing to business growth.
- Stay updated on safety regulations and travel advisories, ensuring compliance and the well-being of travelers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Tour Manager or similar role, with specific expertise in European travel.
- Extensive knowledge of European geography, culture, history, and attractions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing leadership and initiative.
- Proficiency in travel and tour management software.
- A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.
